Every year we seek to lead and participate in several leadership conferences outside North America, seeking to build Christian leaders who are leaders in the church and leaders in the Marketplace. 

 

We have developed relationships with national ministry leaders and missionaries and provide coaching and training to equip them to effectively lead their organizations.

SENIOR MINISTRY LEADERS

Providing Safe Community for Pastors 

 

Senior Leadership in most organizations and businesses is lonely and filled with stress and pressure. One recent and surprising statistic is that 70% of Pastors said they did not have one close friend. 

 

When leadership in the church lean off center, they communicate to their churches and congregations off center. The impact of that on congregations spiritually can create lasting scars. We choose to provide opportunities for pastors to be mentored and supported through smaller informal forums.  

 

In 2015, we will be hosting several get-a-ways with Senior Leaders and their spouses. These will be in neutral settings where we will spend several days praying, sharing and providing a safe place to grow, to learn and to be strengthened in their lives and ministries.

Powering Up Leaders


As we mentor young leaders who are launching new churches we find a common theme.  Although they are courageous and living as missionaries, they are usually working another job and are exhausted.  Most, if not every time, they need a recharge, a place to be refreshed..  They need a purposeful break to clear their head, get a break and recharge their strength.  Their marriage and family need it.  45.5% of pastors say they needed an extended leave of absence.  Let's not wait until it is that far along.

A mentor who is focused on the young leader, helping them stay on track and supporting them. Leaders can go further faster when they are working with a mentor in their leadership and organization.

This is what we do.  We mentor young church planters all across Canada and the United States. There are a number of mentoring and coaching tools we utilize including technology which enables us to stay directly in touch with them regardless of their location around the world.

We have time for people/leaders, we meet them where they are at and then journey with them to where they want to go.

 

We have determined to live at a pace with margins that enables us to be available to leaders in the marketplace.

Loving all People to Jesus

 We have created an online church exclusively for the online community.  We exist to tell the message of Jesus in a way that people who have never attended church or who have left the church, can understand.  A safe unreligous place to learn about Jesus and his words of Life.

​

We are all on a journey.  It looks different for us all.  No matter who you are or what you have done, we have discovered that God loves you.  He wants to reveal himself to you.  Our message is the message of Jesus, a message of love and forgiveness.  It is a message of Life, Hope and Purpose.

We are building micro (house) churches all around the world and connecting them with the mission of making disciples of all nations.
